for glenohumeral joint injuries.
Chondromalacia patellae
Scarf sign –cross-chest adduction (reach across body) causes Acromioclavicular joint pain - indicative of fracture
Supraspinatus(rotator cuff) –arms out, 45 degrees from front, thumbs down, push up against examiner’s resistance.

Impingement –bring arm straight in front 90 deg, flex elbow 90 deg, and internally rotate shoulder; pain is abnormal

Apprehension –abduct shoulder away from body 90 deg, flex elbow 90 deg, and externally rotate shoulder back (crank test); abnormal if feels like dislocation/subluxation is imminent.
