Harlequin color change

Seen only in nbn period. More common in LBW infant.
When infant lying on one side, sharply demarcated red color in dependent half, and pale on top half. If place on back/abdomen, disappears in 1-30 min.
In both healthy and sick infants. Not pathological.
Due to temporary autonomic imbalance
