• Fever
• URI Symptoms
• Eyelid swelling
• Conjunctival injection

ORBITAL CELLULITIS

• Symptoms of preorbital PLUS
• PROPTOSIS
• PAIN WITH EYE MOVEMENT
• LIMITED EYE MOVEMENT
• VISUAL LOSS

PREORBITAL CELLULITIS

• <5 y.o. – IV antibiotics
• >5 y.o. – can treat w/oral antibiotics if clearly pre-orbital and close follow-up.
• CT if unclear!!!

ORBITAL CELLULITIS

• Sinus CT/Orbital Cuts to evaluated for sinusitis, orbital subperiosteal abscess, tumor
• IV antibiotics
• OPHTHO/ENT involvement
